We understand the practice owner's journey — we're operators ourselves.

We're Alexa Clark and Isabel Moreno. Between us we've spent our careers building and scaling businesses, working closely with founders, and operating inside high-growth companies.
We met at [PLACEHOLDER — where you met, Harvard/Stanford/intro, in one sentence] and started Sable together because we believed the operator-led, long-term model we'd seen work in other industries was exactly what physician-led practices in preventative care needed.
Alexa Clark
[PLACEHOLDER — Para 1: One sentence on who Alexa is now + the one-sentence version of her career arc. E.g. "Alexa is an operator and investor who has spent the last decade building and scaling [type of businesses] at [companies]."]
[PLACEHOLDER — Para 2: The two or three specific roles or projects she's most proud of, with enough detail to be credible — company, what she did, what it produced.]
[PLACEHOLDER — Para 3: Her personal "why preventative medicine" — what she saw, what she experienced, why this matters to her. This is where the lived-experience-patient line belongs.]
Isabel Moreno
[PLACEHOLDER — same 3-paragraph structure as above, in Isabel's voice. Should feel distinct from Alexa's, not parallel-structured. Different background, different texture.]
[PLACEHOLDER — Para 2.]
[PLACEHOLDER — Para 3.]
We're backed by a select group of investors and advisors who share our long-term, operator-led approach.
Backers and advisors to be announced.
Let's talk.
We're always eager to connect with physicians, founders, and operators in preventative, concierge, and functional medicine.
